1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FamilyPocket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. FamilyPocket is owned and operated by Wealth Inside You Lifestyle LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • The base plan includes 2 parents + 2 kids.
  • Monthly: $45/mo  ·  Annual: $399/yr.
  • Extra kid (3rd–8th): +$5/mo or +$50/yr each.
  • Extra adult (3rd adult and beyond): +$7/mo or +$70/yr each.
  • Billing is handled by Stripe — secure payment processing.
  • No setup fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee.
  • No prorating — access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Cancel via Settings → Cancel Subscription.
  • No questions are required to cancel.

4. Founding Member Discounts

  • The FOUNDING2026 discount is locked in forever, for as long as your subscription remains active.
  • The discount is lost if the subscription is cancelled and later restarted.

5. Cancel anytime

Cancel anytime. "Cancel anytime" is our value proposition — you are billed on day one and can cancel whenever you like.

6. Financial Disclaimer

  • FamilyPocket is a financial education and budgeting tool — not a financial advisor.
  • Our AI coach, Pocket, provides educational information only — not financial advice.
  • Credit coaching is educational only — FamilyPocket is not a credit repair organization.
  • Always consult a licensed financial advisor for personalized advice.

7. Bank Connection (Plaid)

  • The Plaid connection is read-only.
  • FamilyPocket cannot move, transfer, or access your money in any way.
  • Your bank credentials are never stored by FamilyPocket.

8. Family Jars

  • Family Jars are virtual savings trackers only.
  • Money stays in your real bank account.
  • FamilyPocket does not hold or move any funds.

9. Acceptable Use

  • One subscription per family.
  • Do not share your account credentials.
  • Do not use the app for commercial purposes.

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Users will be notified before termination where possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

FamilyPocket is provided "as-is." Wealth Inside You Lifestyle LLC is not liable for financial decisions made using the app.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
